HID Xenon Kits and HID Xenon Bulbs:

• The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

• No physical damage has been sustained.

• The glass casing on the bulb has not been touched.

• 6 Month Warranty on Halogen/Xenon and HID Bulbs.

• The packaging has not been opened.

LEDS:

• The item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

• No physical damage has been sustained.

• This item is not covered for faults, due to its sensitive nature.

Accidental Error

• Got the wrong bulb? - If you ordered the wrong bulb, no problem, just return it to us within seven days, but please do not open the packaging.

• If the packaging has been opened, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Warranty

• Bulbs - Halogen/Xenon and HID Bulbs are covered for a period of 6 months.

• HID Kits - 12 Month Warranty - Based on exchange.

• HID Kits - Life Time Warranty when installed by us - Based on exchange - Non transferable - 24 months, extendable to a maximum of 36 months.

Cost of Return

• We can not refund postage or travel costs..

• If you are local (IG1 and surrounding areas), you are more than welcome to drop the item off.

Bottom line is, if you are not happy we can work things out together and always reach an amicable solution for both parties.
